At KEMET SCRUB, we always strive for customer satisfaction and a hassle-free shopping experience.

We provide a 14-day after-sales service from the purchase date, covering both exchanges and returns under the following conditions:

• Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and attached cards.

• If there is a size or color issue, the exchange is made without any additional charge.

• For exchanges or returns for other reasons, the customer covers the round-trip shipping cost.

• Refunds are processed using the same payment method once the product is received and inspected by our team, usually within 3 to 5 business days.
